I’m not usually one to get excited for food holidays since there are so many random ones, but it’s hard not to take notice when an entire day is dedicated to such an iconic dessert. I’ll admit to scarfing my fair share of the original Toll House recipe when I was a kid, but chocolate chip cookies have come a long way since then.
